Mint Sauce

Mint sauce will be the perfect condiment to pair with many of your favorite snacks. Gather the ingredients and prepare it in a flash.


MAKES: 1 Small Bowl


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups / 25g mint leaves

  • 1 cup / 15g coriander leaves

  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 green jalapeno

  • 1 inch ginger

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp almond powder or 6-7 cashew nuts


Method

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and your sauce is ready.

  2. Adjust salt to taste.


Helpful TIPS

  • Do not add water as yoghurt will bind it.
