Pico De Gallo Salsa

Pico De Gallo Salsa also called salsa fresca and salsa cruda is a mild salsa that is usually served together with most Mexican dishes.


MAKES: 1 Small Bowl


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tomatoes finely chopped

  • 1 onion finely chopped (red or white)

  • 1 red jalapeno (Avoid if you don’t want to make spicy)

  • 1 green jalapeno (Avoid if you don’t want to make spicy)

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander

  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • Pinch of Black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil


Method

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and your Pico De Gallo Salsa is ready.


Helpful TIPS

  • You can avoid jalapenos if you want to keep this salsa mild in spice.
