Pico De Gallo Salsa
Pico De Gallo Salsa also called salsa fresca and salsa cruda is a mild salsa that is usually served together with most Mexican dishes.
MAKES: 1 Small Bowl
INGREDIENTS
3 tomatoes finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped (red or white)
1 red jalapeno (Avoid if you don’t want to make spicy)
1 green jalapeno (Avoid if you don’t want to make spicy)
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
2 tbsp lime juice
Pinch of Black pepper
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and your Pico De Gallo Salsa is ready.
Helpful TIPS
You can avoid jalapenos if you want to keep this salsa mild in spice.
